No Cancellations: Once registered, conference fees are non-refundable.
Duplicate/Failed Payments: Refunds will only be issued in case of duplicate or failed transactions.
Event Cancellation: If the organizers cancel the event, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
