1. Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders/payments processed via Razorpay on our website. It explains how we manage the delivery (“shipping”) of any physical products associated with your order. If your purchase is for a registration/service (non-physical), then section 5 (“Digital / Non-Physical Deliveries”) applies.
2. Shipping Area & Eligibility
- We ship only within India.
- Shipping is available to all cities and towns where courier services operate.
- Orders can be delivered to residential and commercial addresses. PO Boxes may be subject to delays or additional verifications.
3. Shipping Charges
- Any shipping or delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment via Razorpay.
- We do not include shipping charges in the product price unless otherwise specified.
- Free shipping might be available for orders above a certain value (if your client offers this).
4. Processing & Dispatch Time
- Once payment is successfully received via Razorpay, we process your order within 1-3 business days.
- Dispatch refers to handing over the package to the courier partner.
5. Delivery Time Estimates
- Estimated delivery times are 3-4 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas might experience longer delivery times.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or incorrect address information.
6. Tracking & Notifications
- After dispatch, we will send you an email/SMS with the tracking number and name of the courier service.
- You can use this to monitor your delivery status via the courier’s tracking portal.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If the package arrives damaged, please do not accept delivery. Immediately take photos and contact us at info@vaibhavkapoor.com with your order/reference ID.
- For lost shipments, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order/reference ID so we can investigate with the courier.
- We will work to provide either a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on what’s feasible.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Return policy (if applicable) is separate; refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Note: refunds for shipping (if paid) are subject to policy. If the error is ours (wrong item, damage), we cover return shipping. If the error is due to incorrect address provided by you, additional charges may apply or we may not process return.
9. Digital / Non-Physical Deliveries
- If your order is for a non-physical item (e.g. digital downloads, access, registration), there is no physical shipping.
- Delivery is immediate or within short time (e.g. few minutes or hours) of payment confirmation via Razorpay.
- You will receive an email confirmation once payment is successful with all necessary instructions.
