🔒 Is the payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through our trusted payment gateway partner (Razorpay/Stripe). Your card and banking details are encrypted and never stored on our website.

📌 Common Questions

  1. I did not receive a confirmation email after payment.

Please check your spam/junk folder.

If it’s not there, wait for 10 minutes as sometimes the mail can be delayed.

Still missing? Contact us with your transaction ID (available in your bank/UPI app).

  1. My payment was deducted, but I did not get registration confirmation.

Don’t worry. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the status to update.

  1. Can I get a refund?

Registration fees are generally non-refundable.

However, in case of duplicate payment or failed transaction, please write to us at info@vaibhavkapoor.com. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  1. Do you provide invoices/receipts?

Yes. A payment receipt is automatically emailed to you once your payment is confirmed. If you need a GST invoice, please contact us with your billing details.
