By registering for this conference, you agree to the following:

Registration & Payment

Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment via Stripe.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card or banking details.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be considered only in cases of duplicate or failed transactions, and will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 7 days before the event.

Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue, if necessary.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

By registering, you consent to receive conference-related communication via email/phone.

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
